			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Dupa vizita in&#8230; marea Elvetie am ramas cu gandul la toate fineturile pe care le-am mancat acolo si toate vinurile absolut delicioase pe care le-am gustat in cea mai neutra tara din lume (da, in Elvetia, in zona lacului Geneva, am gasit niste vinuri excelente).  Intrucat cadourile sunt &#8220;sooooo last year&#8221; am decis ca nu avem o ocazie mai buna decat aniversarea noastra sa descindem intr-un local in care ne doream demult sa ajungem: <strong>Mica Elvetie</strong>.</p>
<p><span id="more-589"></span>Hotararea fiind luata am purces azi, in ziua cea mare, la a cina in cel mai elvetian restaurant de care am auzit in tara la noi, nu fara a ne asigura ca avem destui bani in banca si in portofel ca sa facem fata dezmatului. &#8220;Mica Elvetie&#8221; este aseazat intr-un loc destul de elevat pe harta de fite a Bucurestiului, si anume pe strada Sandu Aldea.</p>
<h3>Cum e acolo</h3>
<p>Atmosfera este una familiala, tot restaurantul insemnand doua camere cu circa 10 mese in total. Iarna deja venise inauntru, cu geamuri &#8220;inghetate&#8221;, oameni de zapada si fulgi atarnati de tavan, toate astea adaugandu-se teancului de afise cu Elvetia, poze cu oameni &#8220;de renume&#8221; care calcasera pragul si diverse diplome, cupe si medalii. Serviciul este unul dintre cele mai bune gasite de mine pe meleagurile mioritice &#8211; chelnerii cunosc meniul, vinul e la temperatura care trebuie, masa sticleste de curatenie. Evident, asta inseamna cel putin 20% in plus la orice produs de pe lista <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Restul de 120% in plus e dat probabil de ingrediente si numele lui Jakob Hausmann.</p>
<p>Ca o precizare de inceput: nu este ieftin. Din contra. Meniul este subtirel, dar consistent &#8211; vita, pui, porc, vegetale, antreuri&#8230; Cam pe toate gusturile. Pe scurt, pe mica noastra masa-n doi s-au perindat o portie (imensa) de fondue, un pfeffersteak, doua porti de &#8220;rosti&#8221;, un muschi de vita sud-americana si, la desert, un tort cu nuci si un sorbet de lamaie.</p>
<h3>Si totusi&#8230; mancare ?</h3>
<p><strong>F</strong><strong>ondue</strong> <strong>de branza</strong>- BUN. Excelent chiar. Portia pentru o persoana te satura complet, mai bine o imparti la doi. Cat costa ? Un fleac &#8211; 70 de lei. <strong>Muschiul de vita</strong> &#8211; a venit pe piatra de ardezie incinsa (am primit chiar si o bavetica sa nu imi strice hainele cele bune); intrucat vita in sine este destul de&#8230; fara gust a venit acompaniat de niste sosuri excelene &#8211; un sos de mustar, unul de piper si unul de feta cu capere. Pe primul loc s-a situat cel de mustar, urmat de aproape de cel de piper. Sosul de feta a fost &#8220;meh&#8221;. Ca o mentiune &#8211; a fost cel mai bun muschi de vita mancat de mine in Romania. Ti se topeste efectiv in gura, iar asta se vede dupa pret &#8211; 99 de lei. <strong>Pfeffersteak &#8211; </strong>foarte bun. Si cam atat am de zis. Ah, da, va mai intereseaza pretul ? 79 de lei.  <strong><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosti" target="_blank">Roesti</a></strong> &#8211; ei bine da ! pentru &#8220;roesti&#8221; am venit aici. Am mancat asa ceva in Elvetia (mancare traditionala pe la ei) si mi s-a parut ceva extrem de &#8230; &#8220;yum !&#8221;. Nu este o mare filosofie in el, doar ca pe mine m-a atras in mod deosebit. Din pacate am avut parte de o crunta dezamagire &#8211; roesti-ul &#8220;romanesc&#8221; plutea in ulei (pe bune, cat de greu e sa-l scurgi ?!) si avea&#8230; bacon ! Bacon, oameni buni ! La cei 17 lei pe care-i dai pe o portie te astepti sa aiba macar bucatele de carne de vita. Cand scap de regim (va zic eu mai altadata si de el) am sa fac EU roesti la mine acasa&#8230;<strong>Sorbetul de lamaie</strong> &#8211; extrem de aromat si foarte racoritor. Recomandat pentru fanii infocati ai lamailor verzi, la 14 lei e un chilipir. <strong>Tort de nuci</strong> &#8211; foarte gustos (atentie, portie mica).</p>
<p>Am baut trei pahare de vin si o cafea. Nu mai stiu pretul.*</p>
<h3>Concluzia</h3>
<p>Sunt un gurmand. Imi place sa mananc, si-mi place sa mananc chestii&#8230; bune. Poate tocmai din cauza asta am senzatia ca am fost la pomul laudat. O fi din cauza ca e din zona nemteasca a Elvetiei si eu am fost in zona franceza ? Ma indoiesc&#8230;</p>
<p>O sa ma intorc ? Probabil ca da, cel putin odata. In afara de dezamagirea produsa de &#8220;roesti&#8221; (scuze, inca nu-mi revin) mancarea a fost printre cele mai bune mancate in ultima vreme si clar vreau sa mai incerc si alte feluri care mi-au facut cu ochiul (inclusiv pe la capitolul vegetariene).</p>
<p>A meritat ? Depinde &#8211; trebuie sa intelegem ca la un restaurant nu vom plati niciodata doar mancarea. Platim zambetul chelerului, toaleta curata, farfuria calda (putini stiu ca preparatele calde se servesc in vase&#8230; calde), servetul din poala si atmosfera civilizata; pe scurt &#8211; platim chestiile care, de fapt, nu costa nimic.</p>

- Doamna, nu prea putem sa inventam asa legi cum ne place&#8230; Toata lumea da buletinul&#8230;<br />
Presedinta se ridica de la biroul ei si se alatura petrecerii:<br />
- Doamna, trebuie sa ne aratati cartea de identitate. Fara ea nu va dam buletine de vot.<br />
- Ce dom&#8217;le ?! Eu nu vreau stampila pe buletinul meu. Unde scrie ca trebuie sa va dau buletinul ?<br />
- In lege doamna&#8230;<br />
- Ce lege dom&#8217;le, ce lege ?!<br />
- Uitati, aceasta, zice presedinta si insfaca un teanc respectabil de foi de pe masa<br />
Balena beleste ochii (sau cel putin asta cred ca facea, altfel nu-mi explic pauza, eu ma chinuiam sa-mi dau seama in ce data suntem ca sa scriu in formular) si zice hotarata:<br />
- Da, am s-o&#8230; am s-o citesc si eu sa vad&#8230;</p>
<p>Am stampilat si am plecat. Afara era un soare caldut. Niste catei se zbenguiau prin parc.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>A  trecut ceva vreme de la <a href="http://jollyca.wordpress.com/2008/02/12/mancare-catering-pranz-pipera/" target="_blank">postul</a> asta care vad ca inca mai aduna vizitatori, semn ca stomacul e stapanul nostru. M-am gandit ca ar fi bine un update, bazat pe ce s-a mai intamplat in ultimul an si jumatate in zona. Asadar:</p>
<ul>
<li><em>Snack Attack &#8211; </em>Ura, avem Snack Attack mai aproape. Senvisuri, terasa (vara), loc de stat inauntru, cafea. Loc de intalnire al corporatistilor.</li>
<li><em>Connect</em> new and improved &#8211; am scris mai pe larg <a href="http://jollyca.wordpress.com/2008/09/01/cantina-conect-new-and-improved/" target="_blank">aici</a>. In afara de faptul ca s-a renovat a ramas la fel &#8211; preturi mari, in medie mancarea e proasta</li>
<li><em>Yuppies</em> (langa Orange) &#8211; ei bine da, daca vreti expozitie de cravate si tinute business aici e locul. Preturi pe masura (12 lei o portie de peste la gratar), calitate medie. De notat ca inca de la inceputuri au in desert &#8220;Mus de ciocolata&#8221; (oare ei stiu ce-i ala un &#8220;mus&#8221; ?)</li>
<li><em>La Baraca</em> &#8211; nu mai stiu exact cand acest chiosc s-a &#8220;branduit&#8221;, dar eu il cunosc sub numele de &#8220;la bariera&#8221; sau &#8220;la macara&#8221; (din cauza ca langa el era macaraua care contribuia la construirea mastodontului de cladire de alaturi). Aici se gasesc minuturi exclusiv pentru luat si mancat in fata biroului. Piept de pui la gratar, crochete de pui, pui &#8220;şanhai&#8221;, cartofi prajiti, pizza, d-astea. Are niste senvisuri un pic mai deosebite. Overall este un raport calitate &#8211; pret corect. Asta daca va place sa stati la coada afara&#8230;</li>

De atunci rasfoiesc netul, invat principii, consum fotografie&#8230; Am trecut prin perioadele standard de pozar in devenire &#8211; perioada &#8220;pozam orice&#8221; a.k.a. &#8220;trigger happy&#8221; &#8211; marturie stau milioanele de bits ocupate de flori, albine, catei, pisici; &#8220;perioada tehnica&#8221; &#8211; vise despre ultimul racnet de obiective, aparate, megapixeli, focale; perioada &#8220;always fotoshop&#8221; &#8211; orice pozam trecea prin fotoshop fara un scop anume. Acum e o perioada luminata&#8230;</p>
<p><span id="more-571"></span>Cat am fost in vacanta anul asta am fost un pic trist din cauza lipsei mele de entuziasm in a face poze. Pana acum ma intorceam dintr-un concediu de o saptamana cu vreo 3000 de poze, acum abia am facut 1000. Din astea, abia un sfert sunt poze care imi plac si pe care le-am pus la <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/jollyca" target="_blank">galerie</a>. Lumea (probabil) se intreaba ce-i cu mine de am facut doar 1000 de poze in doua saptamani de excursii&#8230; Privind acum pozele unui prieten facute in croaziera din care abia s-a intors am inteles in sfarsit motivul: intelepciunea (da, e un cuvant mare). Intelepciunea o atingi atunci cand intelegi de ce pozezi&#8230;</p>
<p>Sa luam un exemplu: Paris &#8211; 9 zile. Rezultatul &#8211; <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/jollyca/sets/72157622566895999/" target="_blank">55 de poze </a>(unele alese cu indulgenta). Mai precis &#8211; Turnul Eiffel. Nu mai stiu exact cate poze am facut, dar stiu ca am pastrat patru: <a href="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2657/4056144987_6483767988_o.jpg" target="_blank">asta</a> pentru ca ilustreaza cel mai bine cum te simti doar la etajul 1, <a href="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2665/4056885870_5ce3014427_o.jpg" target="_blank">asta</a> pentru forma funny, <a href="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2612/4056887456_8e6c99f9e5_o.jpg" target="_blank">asta </a>pentru ca arata cum ne &#8220;domina&#8221; Turnul pe noi toti si <a href="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2602/4056888206_643f7da155_o.jpg" target="_blank">asta</a> pentru ca deh, trebuia sa am o &#8220;vedere&#8221; (plus ca lumina a fost exceptionala).</p>
<p>Concluzia generala: nu trebuie sa facem intre 50 si 100 de poze la niste ruine, sunt doar niste pietre. Sunt sanse foarte mari ca aceleasi poze sa le gasim intr-un ghid turistic, facute de oameni care se pricep mai bine la asta (deci mai bune). Sa incercam sa privim in jur inainte de a pune pana pe declansator. De ce vreau sa fac poza ? Ce-mi place la ea ? Ce-o sa iasa ? O pictura pe un perete ? De ce as poza o pictura ? Daca as poza un om care se uita la pictura, n-ar fi mai interesant ? Daca as veni seara sau dimineata, sa prind o lumina mai frumoasa, un cer mai albastru, ceva care sa redea mai bine impresia pe care am avut-o eu&#8230; ?</p>
<p>Ruinele au fost un exemplu. Aproximativ aceleasi principii se aplica la fantani, poduri, coloane, munti si, preferatele mele, muzeele (De ce fac eu poza la tabloul asta ? Nu as putea sa ma uit la reproducerea din catalog, mult mai buna decat poza mea ?)</p>
<p><em>PS: Cel mai bun &#8220;medicament&#8221; pentru pozele pe banda rulanta este asta &#8211; luam un DVD, punem pozele pe el si mergem la un prieten si zicem &#8220;hai sa-ti arat poze din concediu&#8221;. Odata ce-ai trait alaturi de el plictiseala celor 2000 de poze incepi sa-ti pui intrebari <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </em></p>

Dupa toate cumparaturile de care nu-mi mai aduc aminte, ea strecoara si un rimel. Vanzatoarea il trece prin cititor si le zice pretul final: &#8220;48 de lei va rog.&#8221;; &#8220;Dar asta nu era la reducere ?&#8221; intreaba Ea aratand rimelul. &#8220;Scria 50% reducere&#8221;. Vanzatoarea se lasa pe spate, se uita spre raft (se vede de la casa) si isi da seama de gresala: &#8220;Nu, nu acesta, e rujul de langa la reducere&#8221;. Ea ramane incurcata. Vanzatoarea se ofera sa i-l scoata de pe bon. &#8220;Nu, nu, lasati&#8230; asta e&#8221;. Simtind jena, vanzatoarea insisita, zicand ca se poate si ca nu e greu. &#8220;Nu, nu, lasati&#8221; zice Ea. &#8220;Ma rog, de acolo nu se subintelege c-ar fi vorba de ruj&#8221; (intr-adevar, semnul de reducere era undeva intre ruj si rimeluri). Vanzatoarea ia bancnota intinsa de El si incepe sa numere restul. Intre timp ea bodogane (acompaniata de El): &#8220;Da, ma rog, acolo e semnul si la rimel, asa se intelege. Probabil ca cine o sa ia rujul o sa-i zica ca e la reducere rimelul&#8221;.</p>
<p>De ce ? De ce trebuie neaparat sa vorbeasca gura fara noi. Ok, ai pus mana pe rahat si l-ai luat. Ok, nu ti-ai dat seama ca s-ar putea ca reducerea sa nu se aplice la el (nu e ca si cum ar fi fost un raft plin de rimeluri pe care scria 50%reducere, erau inghesuite intre rujurile alea). Ok, nu ai vrut banii inapoi cu toate ca vanzatoarea s-a oferit de doua ori sa ti-l scada de pe bon (probabil presimtea). Ok, in cazul asta tine-ti gura, ti-ai facut-o cu mana ta. Nu zic ca vanzatorii sunt usa de biserica, dar a dracu e pielea si pe consumatoru&#8217; roman.</p>
<p>&#8230;vanzatoarea, impasibila, numara restul si le ureaza o seara buna.</p>

<p>&#8220;Jolly, esti un carcotas fara pereche&#8221;, mi-am zis dupa postul <a href="http://jollyca.wordpress.com/2009/10/07/dejunul-nostru-cel-mic-de-la-tnuva/" target="_blank">asta</a>. &#8220;De ce nu pui mana sa faci in loc sa-i critici pe altii ? Arata-le tu cum se face !&#8221;. Asa ca m-am gandit ca in dimineata asta sa prestez un mic dejun pe care nu l-am mai avut de mult: oua batute.</p>
<p>Cand lumea aude de oua batute se gandeste automat la omleta, ceea ce este un pic gresit. Cu toate ca se fac dupa acelasi principiu rezultatul final difera. Si-o sa vedeti de ce&#8230;</p>
<p><span id="more-554"></span>Pentru inceput luam o <strong>craticioara </strong>(nu tigaie), o punem pe<strong> foc mic</strong> si adaugam <strong>o &#8220;nuca&#8221; de unt</strong>. Il lasam sa se topeasca un pic (nu de tot, devine gretos) si spargem<strong> doua oua intregi</strong> in craticioara. Acum urmeaza greul &#8211; luam o spatula si amestecam constant ouale cu untul. Scopul este sa obtinem o compozitie pufoasa si uniform coapta. Intrucat oul se face foarte repede trebuie sa luam din cand in cand craticioara de pe foc ca sa tinem caldura constanta. Cand incepe sa se lege compozitia adaugam <strong>o lingurita de smantana cremoasa</strong> (eu am folosit &#8220;Tnuva smantana mea bogata&#8221;) si mai amestecam un pic. Totul trebuie sa dureze in jur de 5 &#8211; 6 minute.</p>
<p>Intrucat am muncit atata, servirea trebuie sa fie si ea pe masura. Prajim o felie de paine neagra de casa, picuram un pic de ulei de masline pe ea si turnam compozitia pe felia de paine. Alaturi putem taia o rosie sau un castravete ca sa &#8220;mearga&#8221; cu oul batut. Mancam, evident, cu cutitul si furculita pentru ca deh ! suntem elevati <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
<p>Putem inlocui smantana cu crema de branza &#8211; nu de genul Philadelphia sau Rama, ci crema de branza proaspata, se gaseste la Mega Image. Optional putem orna si cu verdeturi (ceapa de tuns da bine) ca sa dam un pic de culoare.</p>

Nu am nici un fel de ranchiuni sau acreli contra ungurilor, tiganilor, homosexualilor, extraterestrilor, femeilor la volan, blogarilor, jurnalistilor etc. Imi dau cu parerea numai in domeniile pe care le stapanesc si imi dau toata silinta sa impartasesc tuturor cunostintele mele. Per total&#8230; nu am nimic cu nimeni. Dar cand sub ochi im pica <a href="http://www.micdejunsanatos.eu/2009/10/iz-marin-la-micul-dejun/" target="_blank">asa ceva</a> innebunesc.</p>
<p>Ok, am inteles ideea campaniei, ca lactatele la micul dejun sunt ceva&#8230; sanatos (e drept, printre multe alte chestii) si ca &#8220;hai sa vedem ce fac oamenii obisnuiti cu lactatele la micul dejun&#8221; dar reteta de fata, ca si inca unele de pe acolo, imi suna a &#8220;cheezburger cu cartofi prajiti si cola light&#8221;. Paine, salam, prosciutto si&#8230; iaurt ? Fructe de mare si&#8230; iaurt (din poza arata ca si cum ar mai fi fost mancate odata) ? Sanatate curata&#8230; NOT ! Partea buna e ca daca in unele din retetele de acolo inlocuiesti iaurt cu alte lichide tot iese bine asa ca pot participa cu succes si la o campanie Coca-Cola, Dorna sau, de ce nu, Stalinskaia.</p>
<p><em>Ca si &#8220;disclaimer&#8221;: nu am nimic cu Tnuva, chiar folosesc din cand in cand produse d-ale lor (cand nu gasesc Napolact, hehe), nu am nimic cu Arhi (il &#8220;citesc&#8221; zilnic) si nici cu Visurat (pe care il citesc&#8230; saptamanal). Am ceva cu retetele care </em><em>promoveaza un mic dejun horror.</em></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Carnea de pui (de gaina) este, pentru unii, aliment traditional. Schnietzel, sote, tocana, la gratar, la cuptor &#8211; pui, pui si iar pui. Este animalul cel mai mancat de pe glob, sunt lanturi intregi de fast-food care servesc numai pui (doh ! stiti si voi care), este mancarea preferata de regimo-fili (&#8220;un piept de pui la gratar va rog&#8221;), este prima carne care-o mancam ca bebelusi si este carnea care se da, tradional, la parastase.</p>
<p>Internetul geme de informatii despre carnea de pui &#8211; cum se prepara, cum se mananca, ce contine&#8230; Articolasul asta nu este &#8220;inca un ghid pentru gatit puiul&#8221; ci este experienta mea proprie cu soiul asta de carne, cel mai usor de gatit dupa parerea mea. N-am sa zic despre cat de hranitor e, cat de sanatos e, cate calorii are si alte aberatii. Las asta in seama &#8220;specialistilor&#8221; mai invatati in ale bucatariei decat mine.<span id="more-546"></span>De la un pui se mananca, in principal, pieptul, pulpele si aripile. Unii prefera pieptul, altii prefera pulpele si aripile, altii prefera puiul intreg. O &#8220;dezbatere&#8221; pe tema asta gasiti <a href="http://www.goodbite.com/episodes/new-chicken-recipes" target="_blank">aici</a>. Personal prefer pieptul de pui &#8211; se manca cel mai usor (urasc sa ma umplu de mancare pana la coate cand mananc) si se poate prepara in multiple feluri, asa ca asta va fi subiectul principal astazi.</p>
<h4>Piept de pui la gratar</h4>
<p>Urasc pieptul de pui la gratar. Cu toate ca este cel mai simplu mod de a prepara un piept de pui imi este total antipatic. Cu toate astea, atunci cand nu am alta sansa, prefer sa NU il fac pe gratar cu carbuni pentru ca se usuca si devine o talpa inecacioasa. Locul unui piept de pui este pe o tigaie cu gratar sau pe o tabla de gatit, ambele incinse bine.</p>
<p>In primul rand eu bat pieptul de pui cu ciocanul de carne. Asta fragezeste carnea si face ca piepul de pui sa aiba grosime uniforma. Apoi trebuie asezonat, intrucat pieptul de pui este, de fapt, o carne destul de fada. Ca sa-l asezonam fie il punem la marinat (ce e aia o marinada si cum se face gasiti <a href="http://www.cookthink.com/reference/344/What_is_a_marinade_and_how_do_I_make_one" target="_blank">aici</a>), fie il ungem cu un pic de ulei de masline, ii punem sare, piper si ierburi aromate &#8211; cimbru, oregano, verdeturi de Provence, la alegere. Atentie, nu toate &#8220;marinadele&#8221; merg pentru un piept de pui la gratar asa ca alegeti cu grija.</p>
<p>Gratarul trebuie incins foarte bine, astfel incat puiul sa se rumeasca pe o parte in primul minut. Dupa ce s-a rumenit il intoarcem repede astfel incat sa ramana suculent. Partea buna este ca nu face fum in casa si e gata destul de repede.</p>
<h4>Schnietzel de pui</h4>
<p>Toata lumea a mancat schnietzel, toata lumea stie cum se face schnietzel &#8211; se ia pieptul de pui, se da prin ou, pesmet si se prajeste (unii il dau si prin faina, eu n-am vazut rostul niciodata). Asta este un fel de a gati schnietzelul de pui si este cel mai usor si cel mai plictisitor totodata.Norocul nostru este ca avem alternative&#8230;</p>
<p>Eu prefer sa folosesc pesmet facut de mine, din paine uscata la cuptor. Cel mai bun pesmet mi-a iesit dintr-o paine neagra cu seminte dar orice pesmet e bun, atata timp cat este facut in casa si, foarte important, e tocat mare. Urasc sincer pesmetul fin ca grisul care se gaseste in comert.</p>
<p>Prima alternativa care o avem la metoda initiala de a gati un schnietzel este sa&#8230; nu-l prajim. Ok, inainte sa inchideti pagina asta si sa ziceti &#8220;asta a luat-o pe aratura&#8221; mai cititi un pic. O metoda care da rezultate excelente este sa punem pieptul de pui dat prin ou si prin pesmet intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si sa-l bagam la cuptorul incins in prealabil. Are o cu totul alta textura decat puiul prajit si este nesperat de suculent. Si de bun.</p>
<p>A doua alternativa, care deriva din prima, este sa umblam la pesmet. Pe acesta il putem condimenta cu piper aromat, ierburi sau ce ne mai trece prin cap. Asta va da puiului un pic de savoare si ne va face sa uitam ca mancam&#8230; piept de pui. Alt produs pe care putem sa-l punem in pesmet este&#8230; parmezanul. Rezultatele sunt excelente. Pentru numele lui Dumnezeu, nu incercati sa prajiti un pui dat prin pesmet cu parmezan. Rezultatul o sa fie niste zoaie de parmezan prin tigaie (eu n-am avut curajul sa incerc, daca obtineti altceva dati-mi de stire <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  ).</p>
